1. Introduction

What is a new conception of Physics needed for? It is not an easy question to answer, and we have to ask for the reader’ attention. Long ago Physics became a standard of correctness among the other sciences, it is Physics that determines a lot of rules and laws, many of which are considered to be the rules and laws of Chemistry, Philosophy, etc., rather than of Physics. In other words, Physics is a peculiar measuring instrument which is used by the rest of the sciences.

Everybody knows how vigilantly the metrological standards are watched over. It is impossible to imagine that such an instrument is used as a hammer – it can be deformed! But there is no supervisor to be liable for the correctness of Physics.

One can ask a reasonable question: “Is Physics wrong? Should it be corrected?” Just imagine a crooked ruler with effaced scale, moreover, sewn at the breakage point. What can be measured with such an instrument? The result of the measurement is sure to contain a lot of corrections – in a certain range one should add something to the length, in another one, multiply it by a factor, etc. Thus a crooked ruler brings about various effects which must be taken into consideration and eliminated. And vice versa: if the results of your measurements brings about effects, than the ruler is crooked!
